This policy applies to purchases made on our official website.

• All returns are processed as clan coins only, with no cash refunds provided.

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The customer is responsible for a return shipping fee of INR 150, which will be deducted from the clan coins once the return is approved.

• clan coins are valid for up to 1 year from the date of issuance and cannot be extended under any circumstances.

• Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: Items with makeup stains, any detectable scent (such as perfume), customized orders, sale items, and clan coins are non-returnable.

• Only authorized returns will be accepted. Any unauthorized returns will be rejected, and customers must arrange collection of their items at their own expense.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours at connect@plutarchy.in, providing your order number and photos of the issue. A refund will be processed within 8-10 working days after the faulty item is returned and received by our facility.

Return/Exchange Process

• Go to the “Initiate a Return/Exchange” page on our website, log in, and initiate your return or exchange request.

• When submitting your request, please provide the reason for your return or exchange.

• Once approved, we will arrange for a courier pickup from your address within 2-3 business days. If your address changes, please update us during the request process.

• After your return reaches our warehouse, a quality inspection will be conducted. Clan coins will be issued within 2-3 business days upon approval.

• You may use your clan coins to place a new order.

Additional Information  

Orders made entirely using clan coins are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you ship your return back independently, Plutarchy is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during the return shipping process.
